Philippine Consulate Extends Services

KAHULUI- Once again, the Philippine Consulate of Honolulu in coordination with the Maui County Immigrant Services Division (ISD), will extend its various services to Maui residents on March  26 and 27 at Christ the King Cafeteria from  9 am to 6 pm. Their coming to Maui is a part of the Consular Outreach Program of the Consulate.

If anybody is planning to renew their passport into the Machine Readable Passport System, they are strongly advised to complete all necessary paper works and submit to the Immigrant Services office by March 12. Due to volume of passports to be processed, no walk-ins will be entertained.

These paper works include the following: completed application form, $ 50.00 money order processing fee, four photographs ( should comply with required guidelines), and a copy of permanent card.

Other services such as applying for dual citizenship or re-acquiring Philippine citizenship may be undertaken.

For further information, contact Lydia Rayo or Kevin Block of the Immigrant Services at 270-7791.*
